These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our services and website. By booking a service with Pet Nurse Australia, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1. Our Services
Pet Nurse Australia provides in-home pet care services including pet sitting, dog walking. feeding, enrichment and other related services as described on our website.

Services are provided at the Client's home or in the local area as agreed.
2. Booking & Confirmation
All bookings must be made through our website. by phone or email and are subject to availability.

A booking is confirmed anly when you receive written confirmation from us.
3. Client Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information about your pet, including medical conditions, behaviour, and care needs.

You must ensure your pet is up to date with required vaccinations and treatments.
4. Access to Your Home
You agree to provide our Pet Nurse with safe and reasonable access to your home a agreed times.
You are responsible for ensuring security. systems, alarms and keys/lockboxes work correctly.
5. Payment Terms
Fees are outlined at the time of booking and must be paid in full in accordance with the payment terms communicated.
We accept payment via credit/debit card and other methods as specified.
6. Cancellations & Changes
We understand plans change. Cancellations or changes must be made with at least 24 hours' notice whare possible.
Late cancellations may incur a cancellation fee as outlined during booking.
7. Pet Health & Safety
While we provide the highest standard of care. you acknowledge that Pet Nurse Australia cannot be held liable for pre-existing conditions, accidents or injuries unless caused by our negligence.
In an emergency, will contact you and/or your emergency contact. If we are unable to reach you, we may seek veterinary treatment.
8. Keys & Security
Keys and security codes are stored securely and used only for the purpose of providing our services.
You agree that we are not liable for any loss or damage to keys, lockboxes or security devices.
9. Photos & Updates
With your consent we may take photos or videos of your pet during visits and use them to provide updates.
We will never share your pet's photos publicly without your permission.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pet Nurse Australia is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for loss or damage caused by events outside our reasonable control.
11. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and bold harmless Pet Nurse Australia, its employees and contractors from any claims, damages or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms & Conditions.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Any changes will be posted on our website with an updated effective date.

Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.
