We offer a complimentary Meet & Greet so you and your pet can get to know your Pet Nurse before your first visit.

If your Pet Nurse is unavailable, we'll arrange a trusted team member to provide the same high standard of care.

Are you insured and police checked?
Yes, all Pet Nurses are fully insured and hold a current police check for your peace of mind.

Yes, we offer services every day of the year, including public holidays.

How long are your visits?
Our standard visit is 30 minutes, giving your pet plenty of time for care, attention and enrichment.

What happens during a visit?
We provide personalised care including feeding, fresh water, litter or enclosure cleaning, enrichment, medication (if required) and lots of love.

Can you administer medication?
Yes, we can administer oral, topical and some injectable medications as prescribed. Just let us know the details.

We have experience caring for pets with a range of needs, including seniors and those with medical conditions. Let us know how we can best support your pet.

Do you walk dogs?
Yes! Dog walks are available as part of our Twice Daily Visits (With Walk) service.
