Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change. Please review our cancellation policy below. It allows us to offer the best possible service to all our clients and their pets.

Please read our cancellation policy carefully before booking our services. By booking with Pet Nurse Australia, you agree to the terms outlined below.
Our Cancellation Terms
1. Standard Cancellation
Cancellations made with at least 24 hours' notice prior to the scheduled visit or service will incur no cancellation fee.
You will not be charged for the cancelled service.
2. Late Cancellation (Within 24 Hours)
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the total booking amount.
This fee covers the time set aside for your booking which may not be rebooked.
3. No Show
If you do not cancel and do not provide access to your home st the scheduled time, or we are unable to contact you, the full booking fee will be charged.
This includes all travel time and reserved time for your scheduled service.
4. Ongoing or Recurring Bookings
For ongoing or recurring bookings, please provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or skip. a scheduled visit.
Repeated late cancellations may result in changes to your future bookings.
Additional Information
Emergency Cancellations
We understand that emergencies happen. If you need to cancel due to an emergency, please contact us as soon as possible. We will always do our best to be understanding and assist where we can.
Public Holidays
Cancellations made on the day before or on a public holiday are considered late cancellations (less than 24 hours' notice) and will incur the 50% cancellation fee.
Third-Party Bookings
If you have booked on behalf of someone else, please ensure they are aware of this cancellation policy.
Refunds
Where a refund applies, it will be processed back to the original payment method within 3-5 business days.
